We are looking for a customer-oriented person with high skills to join our team. The role will involve identifying customer needs and effectively selling parts and accessories to all customers.

Responsibilities:
  • Accurately identify customer requirements and provide the appropriate parts through all sales channels.
  • Support promotional and advertising activities for spare parts and accessories.
  • Assist the department manager in organizing and arranging trade shows within the department.
  • Handle customer complaints and assist in resolving them to ensure their complete satisfaction.
  • Ensure the availability of required parts and the accuracy of prices before providing quotes, especially for older models.

Required skills:
  • Product knowledge: Deep understanding of the parts sold, their specifications, how they are applied, and their compatibility with different systems.
  • Technical ability: Understanding of technical details and the ability to explain them to customers with varying levels of expertise.
  • Customer service: Strong skills in dealing with customers, understanding their needs, and providing solutions that ensure their satisfaction.
  • Communication skills: Ability to communicate clearly, both verbally and in writing.
  • Sales techniques: Mastery of sales strategies and handling objections.
  • Time management: Ability to prioritize and handle requests quickly and effectively.
  • Ethical behavior: Maintaining high ethical standards in dealing with customers and colleagues.
