Senior HR Business Partner

About the Role

Brunel is seeking a Senior HR Business Partner for a full-time position in Dammam, Eastern Province. This role serves as the primary HR partner for Operations, Maintenance, Quality, Engineering, Supply Chain, and HSE functions within industrial areas. The Senior HR Business Partner supports business performance by focusing on effective workforce planning, talent management, employee engagement, organizational development, and people processes.

Role Purpose and Context

The purpose of this role is to ensure alignment with company values, operational priorities, safety standards, and long-term capability development. Working closely with plant and functional leaders, the HR Business Partner translates business needs into actionable people strategies that strengthen organizational effectiveness, leadership capability, employee experience, and operational results.

Key Responsibilities

• Act as the primary HR partner for industrial area functions including Operations, Maintenance, Quality, Engineering, Supply Chain, and HSE.
• Support business performance through effective workforce planning and talent management initiatives.
• Drive employee engagement and organizational development efforts.
• Manage and optimize people processes to ensure alignment with company values and operational priorities.
• Ensure adherence to safety standards and contribute to long-term capability development.
• Collaborate with plant and functional leaders to translate business needs into HR actions.
• Strengthen organizational effectiveness, leadership capability, and employee experience.

Qualifications and Experience

• A minimum of 5 to 10 years of relevant experience in Human Resources.
• Demonstrated experience as an HR Business Partner, preferably within industrial or operational environments.
• Proven ability to support various functions including Operations, Maintenance, Quality, Engineering, Supply Chain, and HSE.

Work Type and Location

This is a full-time position based in Dammam, Eastern Province. The role requires direct engagement within industrial areas to support various operational functions.
