The Senior Product Manager Role

Tamm is seeking a Senior Product Manager with 5-10 years of experience to serve as the product backbone of the company. This full-time, 100% remote position involves working directly with the founder and collaborating with the Engineering Lead to translate strategic vision into tangible product development. The role entails comprehensive ownership of the product roadmap and requirements across the entire platform, from storefront functionalities and payment systems to advanced AI features, progressively assuming significant product ownership from the founder.

Key Responsibilities

• Own the product roadmap and define requirements across the entire platform.
• Translate strategic vision into clear specifications, defined priorities, and justifiable product decisions.
• Specify AI and agentic product experiences with a practical understanding of model capabilities and limitations.
• Collaborate closely with engineers and builders throughout the development process.

Required Qualifications and Experience

• Proven experience as a Senior Product Manager, demonstrating ownership of product direction rather than solely execution.
• Strong product intuition for AI-driven products and a documented history of successfully launched work.
• Exceptional writing skills and a disciplined approach to prioritization.
• Comfort working effectively with ambiguity.
