About the Role

Salla is building the digital infrastructure for commerce in the region, enabling merchants to start, grow, and scale their businesses. We are seeking a Senior Product Manager to join our team in Jeddah, Makkah Province. This is a full-time position requiring 5-10 years of experience.

Role Overview

This role focuses on driving measurable outcomes rather than just managing roadmaps. The ideal candidate thrives in ambiguous environments, brings clarity to complex situations, thinks in systems, and maintains a close connection to product details. You will be responsible for identifying and executing initiatives that contribute to merchant success on Salla and differentiate our platform.

Key Responsibilities

• Own and execute the multi-quarter product roadmap, translating strategy into measurable results.
• Provide clear direction by cutting through ambiguity, aligning teams, and prioritizing key objectives.
• Conduct in-depth discovery and validation, engaging closely with merchants to understand their challenges and translate insights into actionable product improvements.
• Deliver scalable, reliable products that demonstrably enhance merchant growth and efficiency.
• Mentor and coach other Product Managers to foster sharp thinking, disciplined execution, and a user-centric approach.
• Balance the need for speed with precision, knowing when to iterate quickly and when to refine details.
• Collaborate effectively across teams to drive forward initiatives that benefit the entire product.
• Communicate trade-offs, share reasoning, and provide context to ensure alignment in all discussions.

Required Qualifications

• A minimum of 5 years of Product Management experience within SaaS or platform ecosystems, with a proven track record of shipping impactful products.
• Strategic thinking combined with analytical execution, instinctively connecting user needs, data, and business outcomes.
• Comfort with ambiguity, capable of shaping direction rather than waiting for perfect instructions.
• A strong appreciation for simplicity and scalability in product development.
• A hands-on approach to leadership, leading by example and execution.
• A collaborative mindset, adept at navigating cross-team dependencies to advance product goals.
• Fluent in both Arabic and English, with strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Proficiency in tools such as Figma and Jira, and experience with agile product delivery methodologies.
• Experience mentoring or leading Product Managers or pods is preferred.

Preferred Qualifications

• Prior founder or startup experience, particularly in building products from zero to one.
• Familiarity with AI/ML-powered or data-driven products.
