About the Role

Nameless Ventures is seeking a motivated Technical Product Manager to join its growing team in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. This is a key position within a well-funded Saudi startup that has secured $3,000,000 in funding. As the first Product hire, you will collaborate directly with the founders to shape and scale a platform focused on revolutionizing workforce accommodation and operations across the Kingdom.

This role offers an opportunity to make a significant impact from the outset, contributing to product strategy while being involved in daily execution. You will bridge the gap between business objectives and technical implementation, guiding the product lifecycle from conception through iteration.

Key Responsibilities

• Own the end-to-end product roadmap execution, including discovery, delivery, launch, and ongoing iteration.
• Collaborate with founders to define product priorities, gather requirements, and develop execution plans.
• Translate customer, operational, and business challenges into product requirements, user stories, and specifications.
• Act as the liaison between business stakeholders and engineering teams.
• Lead backlog management, sprint planning, prioritization, and oversee product delivery.
• Work with Engineering, Design, and Operations teams to ensure timely execution of product initiatives.
• Drive product discovery through customer interviews, market research, data analysis, and feedback loops.
• Monitor product performance, user adoption, and key business metrics to identify improvement opportunities.
• Support the development of scalable product processes.
• Contribute to product strategy while being hands-on with daily execution.
• Directly manage and mentor a team of 2 Engineers.

Qualifications and Requirements

• A minimum of 4 years of experience in Product Management, Technical Product Management, or Product Ownership.
• A strong technical background, ideally with a degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related technical field.
• Proven experience working closely with or managing software engineering teams and technical stakeholders.
• Demonstrated experience owning products throughout their entire lifecycle, from discovery through post-launch optimization.
• Ability to articulate and document clear product requirements, user stories, acceptance criteria, and product documentation.
• Exceptional stakeholder management and communication skills.
• Previous experience working within a startup environment is essential.

Work Environment and Compensation

This is a full-time position based in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia, requiring 4-5 days per week in the office. The offered salary ranges from 20,000 to 30,000 SAR per month, in addition to equity (ESOPS). The hiring process involves a 2-stage interview.
