Senior Quantity Surveyor

About the Role

Shade Corporation is seeking a Quantity Surveyor Supervisor to join our team in Dammam, Eastern Region. This full-time role requires an experienced professional with a strong background in construction, proven team supervision capabilities, and extensive expertise in quantity surveying and cost management.

Key Responsibilities

• Perform quantity take-offs for building, infrastructure, roadworks, and MEP projects.
• Manage and supervise the quantity surveying team.
• Oversee subcontractor management and related commercial activities.
• Prepare change order estimates, cost assessments, and budget revisions.
• Prepare and monitor project progress reports.
• Review, prepare, and update Bills of Quantities (BOQs).
• Prepare and manage monthly progress invoices.
• Ensure accurate quantity measurements, cost control, and reporting throughout the construction lifecycle.

Qualifications and Experience

• A minimum of 10 years of experience in quantity surveying.
• Mandatory hands-on experience within the construction industry.
• Previous experience in senior positions, including team supervision and managing Quantity Surveying teams.
• Demonstrated experience in building and infrastructure projects.
• Experience in roadworks, with proficiency in Civil 3D.
• Knowledge of MEP works and quantity take-offs.
