The Senior Sales Supervisor Role

Almarai is seeking a dedicated Senior Sales Supervisor to join our team in Dammam. This full-time position is integral to achieving the Company’s growth objectives by optimizing the sales and distribution of all Almarai product ranges within a designated area. The role requires strict adherence to Company policies and procedures, alongside maintaining the highest standards of sales ethics.

Key Responsibilities

• Achieve product distribution across all Trade channels in accordance with the recommended portfolio to optimize sales and increase market share.
• Maintain wastage levels below the budgeted threshold to ensure optimal margins.
• Ensure that all Trade Channel (TC) and credit customers comply with company policy to prevent financial losses.
• Set and regularly review targets for salesmen to achieve the overall target objectives for the assigned area.
• Retain existing shelf space and negotiate for new placements to maintain market dominance.

Qualifications and Experience

Candidates for the Senior Sales Supervisor position should meet the following requirements:

• Proven experience in managing a sales team.
• Ability to operate and adapt effectively as per business needs.
• Experience in system-based sales operations.
• Prior experience within the GCC region is essential.
• A minimum of 2 to 5 years of relevant professional experience.

Work Environment

This full-time role is based in Dammam, Saudi Arabia, and involves working within a dynamic sales environment. The Senior Sales Supervisor will be responsible for leading a team, adapting strategies to business requirements, and driving sales performance to achieve company objectives.
