About the Sales Supervisor Role

Matar Al-Baqami Holding is seeking a dedicated Sales Supervisor to join our team in Dammam, Eastern Province. This full-time position is central to leading and supporting our sales efforts, ensuring the achievement of sales targets and the maximization of revenue.

Role Purpose and Impact

The Sales Supervisor plays a critical role in overseeing daily sales operations, monitoring team performance, and providing essential coaching. This position ensures the effective execution of sales strategies in alignment with company goals, while also fostering strong relationships with key customers and contributing to market presence expansion.

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise, guide, and support the sales team to achieve individual and collective sales objectives.
• Monitor daily sales activities and ensure strict compliance with company policies and procedures.
• Develop and implement effective sales plans, routes, and strategies to enhance market share.
• Track sales performance, analyze reports, and identify specific areas for continuous improvement.
• Conduct regular field visits with sales representatives to ensure proper execution of sales activities.
• Maintain strong relationships with existing customers and proactively identify new business opportunities.
• Professionally handle customer inquiries, complaints, and escalations.
• Ensure proper merchandising, product availability, and visibility within assigned markets.
• Coordinate effectively with logistics and supply chain teams to guarantee timely product delivery.
• Train and develop sales staff on product knowledge, sales techniques, and customer service best practices.
• Prepare accurate sales forecasts, comprehensive monthly reports, and detailed competitor analyses.
• Support management in the development of promotional activities and strategic pricing strategies.
• Oversee the collection of payments and ensure adherence to established credit policies.

Qualifications and Experience

Candidates for this position should possess 2-5 years of relevant experience in a sales supervision or leadership role. A proven track record of achieving sales targets and managing a sales team is essential.
