Gulf Cryo, a leading provider of industrial gas solutions, is seeking an experienced Supply Chain & Distribution Manager to join our team in Dammam, Saudi Arabia. Key Responsibilities:
  • Oversee end-to-end supply chain and distribution operations.
  • Ensure product availability and on-time delivery to customers.
  • Manage and improve distribution and transportation efficiency.
  • Coordinate with suppliers, customers, and internal stakeholders.
  • Ensure compliance with safety and quality standards.

Requirements:
  • Minimum 10 years of experience in supply chain and distribution, preferably within industrial gases or heavy industrial sectors.
  • Strong background in planning, procurement, inventory management, and distribution/fleet management.
  • Proven leadership skills with the ability to optimize operations and reduce costs.
  • Good knowledge of ERP systems and supply chain processes.
  • Excellent communication and managerial skills.

  • At least eight years of experience in procurement or supply chain management in the manufacturing sector, with three years of managerial experience in the Middle East.
  • Extensive hands-on import experience within Saudi Arabia and familiarity with key transformer raw materials.
  • Proficiency in ERP systems such as SAP or Oracle, coupled with strong negotiation skills.
  • Fluency in Arabic, with priority given to English communication skills.
  • Detail-oriented, proactive, and skilled in risk management.
