As a Technical Support Specialist at Baker Hughes, you will play a pivotal role in providing exceptional post-sales support for our customers in the energy sector. Our Oilfield Services team delivers innovative technologies that enhance operational efficiency and reliability in energy extraction.

Your Responsibilities:
  • Manage customer technical requests related to lower completion technologies.
  • Meet with customers to discuss and present applications and designs for products and services.
  • Perform near wellbore simulations and optimize production modeling.
  • Utilize knowledge of reservoir engineering to discuss oil and gas production performance.
  • Work independently and collaboratively to plan and execute openhole segmented lower completion jobs.
  • Identify optimal service tools and systems for job planning.
  • Compile and document lessons learned for continuous improvement.
  • Assist in incident investigations to determine root causes and implement corrective actions.
  • Prepare detailed technical and investigation reports.
  • Ensure compliance with the Manage the Job Cycle (MtJC) process.

Your Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field.
  • 5+ years of experience in technical support for lower completions.
  • Experience designing jobs involving Inflow Control Devices (ICDs).
  • Background in reservoir or petroleum engineering.
  • Preferred experience in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia.
