Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute a targeted sales strategy for and SEC-related substation projects.
• Identify and engage key contractors to secure Eaton’s inclusion as the primary supplier.
• Lead customer engagement via site visits, tender follow-ups, and post-award support.
• Monitor market trends and competitor activities to refine sales approaches.
• Drive sales forecasting, reporting, and maintain an accurate pipeline.
• Oversee end-to-end project pursuits, ensuring compliance with specifications.
• Facilitate negotiations with stakeholders to secure profitable deals.
• Collaborate with internal teams to align offerings with client needs.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering (MBA or advanced degree is a plus).
• 710 years of sales experience in the power/utility sector.
• Established network with contractors on and SEC projects.
• Strong stakeholder engagement and influencing skills.
• Proficient in sales forecasting and project tracking.
