About the Technical Trainer - Pipefitting Role

Beyond Profiles is seeking a Technical Trainer specializing in Pipefitting for a significant technical training project located in Dammam, Eastern Province, Saudi Arabia. This full-time position is for an esteemed client within the region.

Role Responsibilities

The Technical Trainer will be responsible for delivering comprehensive pipefitting training. Key duties include:

• Conducting both classroom-based and workshop-based pipefitting instruction.
• Performing practical demonstrations and evaluating trainee competency.
• Instructing trainees on the proper use of tools, equipment, and workshop safety protocols.
• Developing and preparing training materials and assessments.
• Maintaining accurate training records.
• Supporting curriculum development efforts as needed.

Required Qualifications and Experience

Candidates must meet the following criteria:

• Possess a Technical/Engineering Diploma in Pipefitting, Mechanical Engineering, or a closely related field.
• Have a minimum of 5 years of industrial experience, preferably within the Oil & Gas or EPC sectors.
• Accumulate at least 3 years of experience specifically as a Pipefitting Trainer or Instructor.
• Experience with technical or vocational training institutes is preferred.
• Demonstrate strong English communication and mentoring capabilities.
• GCC experience is considered an advantage.
• Competency-based assessment experience (*, NVQ) is desirable.
• Possession of Assessor/Internal Verifier qualifications such as A1, V1, D32, or D33 will be an added advantage.

Work Context and Compensation

This is a full-time, one-year renewable contract position. The offered monthly gross salary ranges from SAR 8000 to SAR 12000, which includes allowances for housing and food. The company will provide joining and return air tickets. Transportation arrangements will be managed separately.
