Trainee Advisor

About the Role

Applicantz is seeking a Trainee Advisor to join their team in Dammam, Eastern region. This is a contract position designed for individuals with 2-5 years of experience, focusing on supporting academic programs and trainees under the guidance of senior staff.

Role Purpose

The Trainee Advisor provides essential support to senior staff, counselors, faculty, and the Academic Principal. The primary objective is to assist in the effective management of academic programs and to offer comprehensive support to trainees throughout their tenure.

Key Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary contact for trainee requests, managing approximately 200-250 inquiries per intake.
• Process all trainee sick leave and absence documentation.
• Conduct uniform compliance checks to ensure adherence to regulations.
• Hold daily meetings with trainees to address absence and performance issues.
• Investigate instances of late arrival and issue class entry slips as required.
• Handle trainee inquiries related to housing, transport, and employment.
• Investigate reported sickness cases and refer trainees to the clinic when necessary.
• Patrol hallways to ensure timely class attendance.
• Communicate with parents and companies regarding trainee issues.
• Support classroom management, including addressing behavior issues.

Experience and Work Type

Candidates should possess 2 to 5 years of relevant experience. This is a contract position, offering an opportunity to contribute to trainee development and academic program administration.
