Tasks and Responsibilities:
  • Manage and operate the establishment's vehicle fleet efficiently.
  • Monitor regular and emergency vehicle maintenance and ensure their readiness.
  • Follow up on insurance and all vehicle licenses and renew them.
  • Process and follow up on vehicle-related claims and coordinate with the relevant authorities.
  • Handle all vehicle violations and ensure their closure.
  • Prepare periodic reports on the fleet's status and operational costs.
  • Commit to implementing safety policies and complying with traffic regulations.

Requirements:
  • Commitment and discipline at work.
  • Ability to organize and manage time effectively.
  • Previous experience in vehicle management or a similar field is an additional advantage.
  • Knowledge of the basics of insurance and administrative vehicle claims.
  • The applicant must be a resident of the Eastern Province.
