Main Purpose of Job: You will manage NW operations related to warehouses and logistics, ensuring high service levels, low costs, and sustainable practices. Your role includes optimizing the logistic network across KSA and managing product movement efficiently.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Monitor health, safety, and environmental standards in the warehouse.
  • Continuous performance and KPI improvement strategies.
  • Management of logistics operations and collaboration with the factory management teams.
  • Ensure effective communication with functional departments.
  • Support value stream design for continuous improvement.
  • Develop your team in alignment with business objectives.

Key Experiences:
  • Minimum 5 years of operational experience in warehouse management or logistics.
  • Experience with SAP and project management in logistics.
  • Desirable experience in implementing NCE concepts.

Personal Qualities:
  • Strong communicator with a continuous improvement mindset.
  • Collaborative and service-oriented with leadership skills.
