About The Role
Carrier is seeking a Senior Sales Engineer with a mechanical engineering background and proven leadership skills to manage and grow our RLC business with dealers and contractors in the Eastern Region. The ideal candidate is extroverted, customer-focused, and skilled at building strong relationships.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage and develop the RLC business by working closely with dealers and contractors.
  • Build and enhance relationships between Carrier and key partners to ensure long-term collaboration.
  • Identify and secure new projects to increase Carrier’s Share of Sales (SoS) in the RLC segment.
  • Achieve assigned booking, sales, and GM targets through proactive account management and business development.
  • Provide technical guidance and solutions for projects, leveraging your mechanical engineering expertise.

Performance Indicators
  • Complete required training courses on a quarterly basis.
  • Adhere strictly to Environmental Health & Safety (EH&S) requirements.
  • Contribute actively to the ACE (Achieving Competitive Excellence) process when needed.
  • Fully comply with Carrier’s Code of Ethics.

Qualifications & Experience
  • Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering or related field.
  • 5+ years of experience in multinational HVAC companies.
  • Extroverted, confident, and relationship-oriented, able to engage effectively with customers and stakeholders.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Fluent in Arabic and English.
  • Willingness to travel within the region as required.
