• Ensure AIC products/systems receive approvals from consultants, authorities, and ministries.
• Engage with customers and consultants on technical requirements for projects.
• Prepare and secure approvals for offers including MV/LV switchgear, RMU, and power factor correctors.
• Evaluate tenders and specifications ensuring compliance.
• Liaise with factories for product adaptations and address technical issues.
• Provide pre- and post-sales service and maintain records.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering (preferred).
• 5–7 years’ experience in sales, preferably in the Power & Energy sector.
• Strong technical knowledge of MV/LV products.
• Excellent communication and organizational skills.
• Proficient in SAP, Oracle, or similar ERP systems.
• Team player with analytical skills.

About the Job
We are seeking an experienced Senior Sales Engineer specializing in power generators (Diesel/Gas). In this role, you will drive sales, develop projects, and provide technical support to clients. You will collaborate closely with consultants, contractors, and government entities to ensure that generator solutions meet project requirements from proposal to delivery.

Key Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Electrical or Mechanical Engineering (preferred)
• 6–10 years of experience in generator sales or business development
• Strong technical knowledge of generator systems, ATS, fuel, and cooling systems
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills
• ERP experience (SAP, Oracle, or similar)
