Join Nextracker as a Warehouse Specialist!
At Nextracker, we are leading in the energy transition, providing intelligent solar tracker and control software solutions for solar power plants. As our Warehouse Specialist based in Saudi Arabia, you will report to the Supply Chain Manager and be pivotal in managing the flow of materials within our facility.

Your Responsibilities:
  • Receive, inspect, and document incoming steel materials and fabrication supplies.
  • Organize and store materials to ensure safe access.
  • Maintain accurate inventory records using warehouse management software.
  • Pick, stage, and deliver materials to meet production schedules.
  • Package and label finished products for shipment.
  • Perform cycle counts and assist with physical inventories.
  • Comply with health, safety, and environmental regulations.
  • Operate forklifts and material handling equipment safely.

Your Qualifications:
  • 5+ years of warehouse experience, preferably in a heavy industrial environment.
  • Familiarity with forklifts and cranes.
  • Strong understanding of material handling safety.
  • Good computer skills for inventory management.
  • Attention to detail and ability to work both independently and as part of a team.

We are looking for an experienced individual to lead our warehouse team in Dammam, Eastern province. In this role, you will be responsible for overseeing various warehouse operations and ensuring that processes are continuously improved.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Establish, maintain, and improve department processes.
  • Lead, motivate, and coach your team, supporting high performers with development plans and performance reviews.
  • Conduct daily follow-ups on material stock, shipments, and anticipate shortages.
