About the Role

High Performance Industry is seeking a skilled and certified Welder to join their team in Dammam, Eastern Region. This full-time position requires a professional with 2-5 years of experience in welding and fabrication, specifically with 3G certification.

Role Overview

The Welder will be responsible for fabricating, assembling, and welding structural metal components. This includes working on heavy-duty base frames and canopies, ensuring all work meets precise engineering specifications and quality standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Perform high-quality 3G (vertical) welds on carbon and stainless steel materials.
• Utilize various welding processes including SMAW, MIG, or TIG as required.
• Read and accurately interpret blueprints and engineering drawings to guide fabrication and assembly.
• Cut, measure, and assemble structural components to exact specifications.
• Inspect all completed welds for defects to ensure quality and structural integrity.
• Maintain welding equipment and tools in good working condition.
• Strictly adhere to all factory safety protocols and the proper use of Personal Protective Equipment (PPE).

Qualifications and Requirements

• Valid 3G Welding Certification is mandatory.
• Proven ability to read and interpret technical drawings and blueprints.
• Minimum of 2-5 years of relevant experience in welding and metal fabrication.
• Demonstrated strong attention to detail and precision in work.
• Possess the necessary physical stamina to perform job duties effectively.

Work Environment

This is a full-time position based in Dammam, within the Eastern Region of Saudi Arabia. The role involves working in a factory setting, requiring adherence to established safety and operational procedures.
