- Understand client needs and assist in completing necessary forms and support documents.
- Make phone calls and use electronic communication to finalize client data and ensure completeness of required documents.
- Enter client data into the organization’s information network using automated software, ensuring proper archiving for easy reference.
- Prepare daily reports on client requests and update the database with the latest information.
Requirements:•
Experience: 2 years in a related field

Working Days: 6 days a week
•
Qualifications: High School Diploma
•
Skills: Proficient in basic computer programs, Excel advanced knowledge
•
Language: Advanced English proficiency
Working Hours:Morning shifts are required for this position.
