About the Role

ABIS is seeking an Associate Data Scientist to join our team, supporting Saudi Aramco SMP in Dhahran. This full-time position requires 5-10 years of experience and focuses on advanced AI and Machine Learning solutions within an enterprise environment.

Role Overview

The Associate Data Scientist will be instrumental in developing and deploying cutting-edge AI/ML models. The role involves working with large language models (LLMs), Generative AI technologies, and cloud platforms to deliver robust data science solutions. This position requires a professional who can integrate modern MLOps practices within complex enterprise settings.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and deploy AI/ML models within enterprise environments.
• Work with Large Language Models (LLMs) and Generative AI technologies.
• Utilize cloud platforms and containerization for data science solutions.
• Implement modern MLOps practices to ensure efficient model lifecycle management.

Required Qualifications and Experience

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or an equivalent field.
• 5-10 years of professional experience in a related data science or AI role.
• Hands-on experience in Machine Learning, LLMs, Generative AI, and MLOps/LLMOps.
• Experience with CI/CD tools such as Git, Jenkins, and ArgoCD.

Technical and Professional Skills

• Strong knowledge of Python and SQL.
• Experience with Kubernetes, Docker, and cloud platforms like GCP or OpenShift.
• Familiarity with Hugging Face, NVIDIA GPUs, NIMs, and distributed AI environments is highly preferred.
• Excellent communication, collaboration, and project management skills.
