The Digitization Data Entry Operator will play a crucial role in supporting our digitization projects. You will be responsible for accurately entering, validating, and updating data within our digital systems, ensuring that we maintain reliable and organized digital records.

Key Responsibilities:

• Enter data from physical and digital documents into databases and systems.
• Verify the accuracy and completeness of entered data.
• Update and maintain digital records and logs.
• Follow data entry standards, formatting, and confidentiality requirements.
• Perform basic quality checks and corrections.
• Assist digitization teams with document tracking and reporting.

Qualifications:

• Fast and accurate typing skills (Arabic & English preferred).
• Basic knowledge of MS Excel, Word, and database systems.

Key Responsibilities:

• Financial Planning, Budget & Forecasting: Develop long-term financial plans, budgets, and forecasts aligned with business strategy. Monitor financial performance and provide variance insights to management. Evaluate revenue and margin structures to ensure planned profitability.
• Advising Business Growth & Support: Identify opportunities for margin and cost improvements. Provide timely analysis to support strategic initiatives and decision-making.

Qualifications:

Education & Experience:

• 2–3 years of experience in a similar administrative or front office role with Good ERP knowledge may also apply.

Technical Skills:

• Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
• Experience with ERP systems or willingness to learn.
• Basic knowledge of office equipment (printers, scanners, PBX systems).
