As an HR Coordinator, you will be pivotal in supporting various HR activities, ensuring compliance with national and international laws, and managing personnel administration. Your role will include:
- Drafting employment contracts and ensuring individual contract obligations are met.
- Managing attendance and absence records for employees, including overtime and leave.
- Overseeing immigration procedures for personnel, ensuring compliance with work permits and visas.
- Optimizing the distribution of human resources according to business needs.
Qualifications:We are looking for candidates with:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration or Human Resource Management.
- 3 to 5 years of HR experience.
- Proficiency in English and Arabic.
- Technical knowledge of Excel and reporting.
