We are seeking a skilled Accounting & Financial Analyst to support our finance team in maintaining financial accuracy and integrity. In this role, you will engage in various functions including general ledger maintenance, financial reporting, budgeting, and financial planning. You will play a key role in ensuring compliance with financial policies while contributing to strategic financial decision-making.

We are seeking a skilled Accounting & Financial Analyst to support our finance team in maintaining financial accuracy and integrity. In this role, you will engage in various functions including general ledger maintenance, financial reporting, budgeting, and financial planning. You will play a key role in ensuring compliance with financial policies while contributing to strategic financial decision-making.
Key Responsibilities:
- Financial Accounting & Bookkeeping: Maintain accurate general ledger records and assist in month-end and year-end closing processes.
- Accounts Payable & Receivable: Process vendor invoices and employee reimbursements while managing accounts receivable.
- Budgeting & Financial Planning: Assist in preparing annual budgets and quarterly forecasts to monitor performance.
- Banking & Cash Management: Support daily cash balance monitoring and cash flow report preparation.
- Financial Analysis & Reporting: Conduct cost variance analysis and assist in preparing key performance indicators.
- Investment & Valuation Support: Aid in financial due diligence and comparative financial analysis.
- Compliance & Audit Support: Assist in audit processes and ensure regulatory compliance.
- Policies, Systems & Process Improvements: Follow internal policies and suggest improvements for operational efficiency.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
- 13 years of relevant experience.
- Basic knowledge of accounting principles and financial analysis.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and accounting software.
- Strong communication skills with attention to detail.
- Problem-solving and analytical skills are essential.
- Preferred: Partial or full pursuit of SOCPA, CPA, ACCA, CMA, or CFA certification.
