We are seeking a meticulous and knowledgeable individual to manage and maintain our Company's fixed assets register. Key Responsibilities:

• Assign daily routes and tasks to drivers based on operational needs.
• Maintain and update the Fixed Assets Register (FAR) ensuring accurate tagging and classification of all assets.
• Coordinate with procurement and operational functions for proper documentation upon completion of asset capitalization.
• Perform monthly depreciation runs and reconcile general ledger balances with the FAR.
• Ensure compliance with ZATCA for fixed asset reporting and support VAT/Zakat filings related to capital expenditures.
• Conduct physical verification of assets periodically and report discrepancies.
• Manage asset transfers, disposals, impairments, and write-offs in line with accounting standards.
• Assist in closing activities ensuring timely and accurate reporting of fixed assets.
• Support external and internal audits with necessary documentation.
• Collaborate with finance and operations for proper capitalization of construction-in-progress (CIP).

Qualifications and Skills:

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting.
• 46 years of experience, with a focus on fixed assets in a large organization.
• Knowledge of ZATCA guidelines and VAT regulations.
• Proficient in ERP systems (SAP, Oracle, or Microsoft Dynamics).
• Strong Excel skills and ability to analyze large datasets.
• Excellent analytical and communication skills.
• Fluent in Arabic and English.

We invite Saudi nationals to take on the pivotal role of Electrical Maintenance Supervisor at our cutting-edge facility in Dhahran. This rewarding position involves not only overseeing the maintenance of Fast Jet aircraft but also leading a dedicated team ensuring optimal performance.
Responsibilities:

• Lead and resolve complex engineering issues while ensuring team management.
• Manage aircraft maintenance schedules and rectify aircraft to meet organizational KPIs.
• Conduct independent certifications for completed tasks by the maintenance team.
• Ensure compliance with established standards and procedures in all maintenance operations.
• Plan shift patterns and manage manpower effectively.
• Be a leader in continuous improvement initiatives.

Essential Qualifications:

• Recognized qualification to NVQ3/ONC/OND/BTEC level in a relevant technical discipline or technical apprenticeship.
• At least 7 years of post-qualification practical maintenance experience or 3 years on Fast Jet Aircraft airframe systems testing.
• Proven leadership skills with the ability to supervise engineering personnel.

Desirable Qualifications:

• Familiarity with Maintenance GOLD system and IMS.
• Ability to provide rapid fault diagnosis and rectification.
• Understanding of Pt. 145 regulations and Pt M organization.
• Ability to tow aircraft and supervise aircraft tow teams.
