Key Responsibilities:

• Develop detailed project cost estimates and budget proposals for Oil & Gas projects.
• Monitor and track project expenses, ensuring strict adherence to budgetary constraints.
• Analyze costs and provide regular financial reports to project managers and stakeholders.
• Identify potential cost-saving opportunities and implement effective cost control measures.
• Assist in reviewing and processing invoices and change orders from contractors and vendors.
• Coordinate with project teams to ensure financial compliance and effective resource allocation.
• Prepare periodic cost forecasts and performance evaluations for ongoing projects.

Requirements:

• Bachelor in Business Administration or Bachelor Degree in Engineering.
• A minimum of 10 years of experience in cost engineering specifically within the Oil & Gas sector.
• In-depth knowledge of cost estimation practices, budgeting, and financial reporting.
• Strong proficiency with cost management software and advanced Microsoft Excel skills.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving capabilities.
• Effective communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to interact with multiple stakeholders.
• Demonstrated ability to work both independently and within a team environment.
• Experience working in Saudi Arabia or the Middle East is preferred.

Key Responsibilities:

• Coordinate legal due diligence for prospective investee companies.
• Review preliminary drafts of standard transactional documents and revise as necessary.
• Advise on ways to streamline processes to facilitate effective transaction closures.
• Conduct advanced factual and basic legal research as requested.
• Engage with the VC team as a Subject Matter Expert on legal, contractual, jurisdiction, and structural matters.
• Manage and coordinate KYC (Know Your Customer) processes on target companies.
• Prepare agendas, track submissions, and ensure timely completion of Board meeting materials.

Managerial Duties:

We are looking for a skilled Senior Accountant to join our Accounts Payable team at H. M. Al Rugaib & Sons Trading Co. This is an exciting opportunity for individuals with expertise in managing high-volume accounts payable transactions, particularly with international vendors and import purchases.

Responsibilities:

• Manage high-volume accounts payable transactions, ensuring accuracy and compliance.
• Perform three-way matching (PO, GRN, Invoice) to maintain accuracy.
• Handle vendor reconciliations and resolve discrepancies promptly.
• Coordinate with suppliers on invoices, statements, and payment follow-ups.
• Review supporting documents for payments, ensuring adherence to policies.
• Maintain accurate AP records and prepare reports for management.
• Support month-end and year-end closing activities.
• Assist auditors during internal and external audits.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
• 4–5 years of relevant experience in Accounts Payable.
• Strong experience with international vendors and import transactions.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and ERP systems.
