We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive individual to support our daily HR operations and enhance the overall employee experience. As a Human Resources Coordinator, you'll play a vital role in ensuring smooth and efficient operations within the HR department.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Support recruitment processes including job posting, screening, and scheduling interviews.
  • Maintain and update employee records and HR databases.
  • Assist in onboarding new employees and preparing orientation materials.
  • Respond to employee inquiries related to HR policies and procedures.
  • Coordinate training sessions and track attendance.
  • Support HR projects and initiatives as assigned.
  • Ensure compliance with Saudi Labor Law and internal company policies.

Required Qualifications:
  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • 0–2 years of experience in an HR-related role.
  • Strong command of English - both written and spoken.
  • Familiarity with core HR functions such as recruitment, onboarding, or employee relations.
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
  • Ability to handle confidential information with professionalism.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
