Be part of a dynamic team delivering innovative solutions across the asset life cycle. We are looking for an HR Services Coordinator to support our operations in Jubail, Eastern Saudi Arabia.

Responsibilities:
  • Arrange travel, transportation, and accommodation for staff, contractors, and visitors.
  • Manage service requests with vendors including transport companies and housing providers.
  • Track and follow up on deliveries and service contracts.
  • Monitor inventory and supplies for HR and office needs.
  • Coordinate with procurement for requisitions and payments related to services.
  • Ensure smooth interfaces between HR, administration, and operational departments.
  • Maintain confidentiality of all personnel and company information.
  • Encourage reporting of unsafe conditions and participate in safety audits.
  • Attend safety and technical training as scheduled.
  • Support company events, training sessions, and workshops.

Qualifications:
  • Minimum 5 years’ experience in Oil & Gas maintenance (High School) or 3 years (Diploma).
  • Well organized and proactive with excellent communication skills.
  • Proven leadership skills.
  • Maturity of judgment under pressure.
  • Ability to achieve results in a multi-cultural environment.
