Introduction to the Role

TatwirCo (شركة التطوير الشامل للتطوير العقاري) is seeking a dedicated Off Plan Sales Consultant to join its team in Dhahran, Eastern, Saudi Arabia. This full-time position is central to the company's efforts in marketing and selling residential off-plan projects, particularly those developed under the Ministry of Housing program.

Role Overview and Objectives

The Off Plan Sales Consultant will play a crucial role in driving sales and contributing to TatwirCo's growth. The primary focus involves managing the entire client journey for off-plan sales, from initial engagement to successful contract signing. This includes a specific emphasis on serving clients who are not eligible for government support, ensuring their needs are met with appropriate real estate solutions.

Key Responsibilities

• Market and present off-plan projects effectively to potential clients.
• Engage with clients through call centers, providing comprehensive explanations of projects and products.
• Receive clients, analyze their specific needs, and propose suitable real estate solutions.
• Manage and oversee sales processes for non-subsidized clients within off-plan projects.
• Promote off-plan units to clients who do not qualify for government support.
• Achieve established sales targets for non-subsidized clients in line with company plans.
• Monitor client progress throughout all purchase stages, ensuring the completion of sales procedures outside the support system.
• Finalize sales transactions and document contracts using official platforms such as "Sakani" and "Wafi".
• Meet monthly and annual sales objectives as defined by the company strategy.
• Cultivate sustainable relationships with clients to ensure satisfaction and identify future sales opportunities.
• Collaborate with internal teams (Marketing, Finance, Customer Service) to ensure an integrated customer experience.
• Maintain and update the client database, tracking all stages of real estate closing.

Experience and Market Knowledge

• A minimum of two years of experience in real estate sales, with a preference for experience in off-plan projects.
• Demonstrated knowledge of the real estate market and effective sales and negotiation techniques.
• Ability to understand the financial and purchasing needs of non-subsidized clients.
• Proficiency in utilizing CRM systems for efficient customer relationship management.

• Ability to work collaboratively within a team and achieve collective goals.
• Capability to manage the entire sales cycle, from initial contact to the finalization of the purchase process.
