About the Role

التطوير الشامل للتطوير العقاري | TatwirCo is seeking an Off Plan Sales Consultant to join its team in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. This full-time role focuses on residential projects under the Ministry of Housing program, with a primary emphasis on off-plan sales. The consultant will manage the entire client journey from initial contact through to contract signing, contributing directly to the achievement of sales targets and the company's growth objectives.

Key Responsibilities

• Market and present off-plan sales projects to prospective clients.
• Follow up with clients through call centers, providing detailed explanations of projects and products.
• Receive clients, analyze their specific needs, and propose appropriate real estate solutions.
• Manage and track sales for clients not eligible for government support on off-plan projects.
• Market off-plan units to clients who do not qualify for government housing subsidies.
• Achieve sales targets for non-subsidized clients in alignment with company plans.
• Monitor clients throughout all stages of the purchase process, ensuring the completion of sales procedures outside the government support system.
• Finalize sales transactions and document contracts using official platforms such as "Sakani" and "Wafi".
• Meet monthly and annual sales objectives as outlined in the company's strategic plan.
• Cultivate lasting relationships with clients to ensure satisfaction and identify future sales opportunities.
• Collaborate effectively with internal departments, including Marketing, Finance, and Customer Service, to deliver a seamless client experience.
• Maintain and update the client database, diligently tracking the progress of real estate closing stages.

Required Qualifications

• A minimum of two years of experience in real estate sales, with a preference for experience in off-plan projects.
• Comprehensive knowledge of the real estate market, including effective sales and negotiation strategies.
• Strong communication and persuasion abilities.
• Proficiency in utilizing CRM systems for efficient client relationship management.
• Demonstrated ability to work collaboratively within a team and consistently achieve set targets.
• Adeptness at engaging with clients not eligible for government support, understanding their financial and purchasing requirements.
• Capability to manage the entire sales cycle, from initial client contact through to the successful completion of the purchase.
