Senior Program Manager

About the Role

Boeing Saudi Arabia Limited is seeking a Senior Program Manager to join the Saudi Arabia Vertical Lift Sustainment Program team. This full-time position is based in Riyadh or Dhahran, Saudi Arabia. The role focuses on leading the Saudi Vertical Lift maintenance and sustainment portfolio.

Role Context and Focus

The Senior Program Manager will be responsible for the execution of Spare Packages & Field Support activities, Performance Based Logistics (PBL), Modifications and Upgrades, Training, and transactional contracts within the Vertical Lift Sustainment portfolio. This position involves managing the development of new strategic contracts and statements of work, alongside supporting the execution of currently awarded scope.

Key Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary focal point for customer engagements and support requests.
• Lead project managers and supporting functions to ensure on-time delivery and first-time quality.
• Lead the matrix Integrated Product Team (IPT) performing Program Management activities.
• Develop and execute integrated departmental plans, policies, and procedures, providing input on business and technical strategies, goals, and objectives.
• Acquire resources for department activities, provide technical management of suppliers, and lead process improvements.
• Develop and maintain relationships and partnerships with customers, stakeholders, peers, partners, and direct reports.
• Provide oversight and approval of technical approaches, products, and processes.
• Follow Program Management Best Practices (PMBP) program goals and establish a PMBP improvement plan.

Required Skills and Activities

• Identify project scope changes, risks, dependencies, and constraints; develop mitigation plans; and implement changes while maintaining schedule, cost, and scope baselines.
• Support proposal development, business case preparation, and program strategy planning to meet business goals and long-range business plan objectives.
• Coordinate with Contract Accountable Managers (CAM) holders and programs, support work authorization processes, manage commitment data, and lead interorganizational work transfer activities as required.
• Provide regular portfolio reporting to leadership.
