About the Role
Aramco Digital is seeking a Sr. Sales Account expert to manage and grow strategic accounts within Saudi Aramco and the broader Oil & Gas sector. This full-time position is based in Dhahran, Eastern Region. The role is integral to achieving sales targets and fostering long-term client relationships within the DBS portfolio.
Role Overview
The Sr. Sales Account expert will oversee the complete sales lifecycle, from identifying opportunities to closing deals. This involves developing strategic account plans, engaging with key stakeholders, and coordinating internal teams to deliver tailored solutions. The position requires a proactive approach to identifying and pursuing upselling and cross-selling opportunities, contributing significantly to the commercial success of Aramco Digital.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage the full sales cycle for assigned strategic accounts, from opportunity identification through deal closure.
- Develop account plans and growth strategies aligned with client needs and business objectives.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with client stakeholders at various levels.
- Identify and pursue upselling and cross-selling opportunities across DBS products and services.
- Collaborate with pre-sales, delivery, and service teams to ensure alignment and successful solution delivery.
- Support the preparation of RFP/RFI responses, proposals, and contract negotiations.
- Track sales performance, forecasts, and pipeline updates using CRM tools.
- Stay informed about industry developments, client updates, and competitive positioning.
Qualifications and Experience
Candidates should possess a Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Sales, Engineering, or a related field. A minimum of 10 years of experience in enterprise sales or strategic account management is required, with a preference for 10-14 years. Experience working with Oil & Gas clients or within complex B2B environments is considered a valuable asset.
Skills and Competencies
- Fluency in Arabic.
- Familiarity with Saudi Aramco’s procurement and contracting procedures is highly preferred.
Work Location and Type
This is a full-time position located in Dhahran, Eastern Region. The role requires a dedicated professional to manage and grow key accounts within the specified sectors.
