About the Sales & Account Management Expert Role

stc is seeking a Sales & Account Management Expert to join their team in Riyadh. This full-time position requires 5-10 years of experience in sales and account management. The role holder will be responsible for driving sales strategies, managing client relationships, and ensuring customer satisfaction within the business-critical services sector.

Key Responsibilities

  • Drive account planning and execution through sales representation, customer relations, market opportunity exploration, and sales operations monitoring to identify performance issues.
  • Lead client interactions at an organizational level and communicate customer requirements to relevant stakeholders. Oversee customer service delivery and operations to ensure consistent customer satisfaction.
  • Identify and develop new sales opportunities through cross-selling and up-selling (direct or indirect sales) to achieve required targets, maximize revenue generation, and meet financial objectives.
  • Contribute to commercial excellence within the sector by developing comprehensive sales go-to-market strategies and sales plans, coordinating with supply chain and marketing functions for sales forecast analysis.
  • Focus on building and maintaining long-term client relationships by providing excellent customer experiences in every interaction and prioritizing client interests in daily operations.
  • Manage customer complaints from initiation to closure, coordinating with relevant organizational functions to ensure accurate and timely resolution.

Role Context and Governance

The role holder is responsible for implementing and maintaining operational governance frameworks across Specialized's Business-Critical services. This includes ensuring effective performance monitoring, compliance auditing, and documentation management. The position ensures alignment with internal SLAs, regulatory requirements, and stc's approved policies and procedures.

Qualifications and Experience

  • A Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, preferably specialized in Sales, or a related field.
  • A minimum of 5 years and a maximum of 10 years of relevant experience.
