About the Sales & Account Management Expert Role

stc is seeking a Sales & Account Management Expert to join their team in Riyadh. This full-time position requires 5-10 years of experience in sales and account management. The role holder will be responsible for driving sales growth, managing client relationships, and ensuring customer satisfaction within the specialized business-critical services sector.

Core Responsibilities

The Sales & Account Management Expert will be instrumental in implementing and maintaining operational governance frameworks. Key responsibilities include:

  • Driving account planning and execution through sales representation, customer relations, market opportunity exploration, and sales operations monitoring to identify performance issues.
  • Leading client interactions at an organizational level and communicating customer requirements to relevant stakeholders, while overseeing customer service delivery to ensure satisfaction.
  • Identifying and developing new sales opportunities through cross-selling and up-selling to achieve revenue targets and financial objectives.
  • Enabling commercial excellence by developing comprehensive sales go-to-market strategies and sales plans, coordinating with supply chain and marketing for sales forecast analysis.
  • Focusing on building and maintaining long-term client relationships by providing excellent customer experiences and prioritizing client interests in daily operations.
  • Managing customer complaints from opening to closure, coordinating with relevant functions for accurate and timely resolution.

Qualifications and Experience

Candidates for this role should possess the following qualifications:

  • A Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, with a specialization in Sales, or a related field.
  • A minimum of 5 years and a maximum of 10 years of relevant experience.

Role Context and Location

This is a full-time position based in Riyadh. The role holder will contribute to the operational governance and performance monitoring of specialized business-critical services, ensuring alignment with internal SLAs, regulatory requirements, and company policies.
