About the Team Manager (Poultry) Role

Role Purpose

The primary purpose of this full-time role is to manage a self-directing, multi-functional team responsible for the efficient intake and processing of specified poultry products. The Team Manager ensures that internal customer requirements are met within established management performance parameters, including efficiency loss-in-process and zero non-conformance, while strictly adhering to defined Product Specifications, Quality, and Safety standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and manage a multi-functional team focused on poultry intake and processing operations.
• Ensure efficient processing of poultry products to meet internal customer demands.
• Monitor and achieve management performance parameters, including minimizing loss-in-process.
• Implement measures to ensure zero non-conformance in product processing.
• Uphold strict adherence to defined Product Specifications, Quality, and Safety standards throughout all operations.

Qualifications and Experience

• A minimum of 2 to 5 years of experience in a relevant field.
