As a key player in one of the largest Islamic banks globally, you will be responsible for providing the highest level of service to our customers. Your role involves presenting and selling banking products and services while ensuring that all operations comply with internal procedures and regulations.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Present and sell bank products and services to clients, ensuring high-quality service.
  • Receive customer requests to sell bank products and follow up on system entries and execution.
  • Assist customers in account opening, ensuring all required documents are submitted correctly.
  • Manage contracts and accounts, including data entry and signature requirements.
  • Welcome clients upon arrival and provide necessary service guidance.
  • Assist customers with form filling as needed.
  • Direct customers for transactions and guide them on available electronic channel operations.
  • Support customers in resolving issues swiftly and efficiently, in line with bank policies.
  • Handle ATM card requests and manage data updates for accounts.
  • Report any suspicious activities related to money laundering and fraud to the appropriate authorities.

Qualifications:
Must possess a Bachelor’s degree or higher. You should have 0-6 years of experience in relevant fields, with special skills in money laundering detection, customer service quality, marketing, and adhering to Central Bank regulations.
