About the Role

Al Jazirah Vehicles Agencies Co. Ltd. is seeking a dedicated Service Advisor to join our team in Ha'il, Saudi Arabia. This full-time role serves as the primary point of contact for customers seeking vehicle services, ensuring their needs are met and satisfaction is achieved.

Role Purpose

The Service Advisor is responsible for welcoming customers, identifying their vehicle service requirements, and effectively selling and upselling services. A key aspect of this role is monitoring service progress, providing timely updates to customers, and ensuring high levels of satisfaction, which contributes to increased sales revenues and profitability in line with AJVA’s policies and procedures.

Key Responsibilities

• Follow day-to-day operational procedures to ensure work continuity.
• Contribute to identifying opportunities for continuous improvement of processes and practices, considering international best practices, cost reduction, and productivity enhancement.
• Assist in preparing timely and accurate service sales reports to meet company and department requirements.
• Receive, greet, and actively listen to customers’ concerns, asking questions to accurately identify service needs.
• Inform customers about necessary services and obtain their confirmation.
• Estimate the cost and completion time for vehicle services, clearly explain these costs to customers, and secure their approval.
• Prepare job cards for vehicles, obtain required approvals, and direct technicians to commence service work.
• Interact and follow up with technicians regarding the service status of each vehicle, ensuring timely completion as agreed with the customer.
• Coordinate technician activities to ensure service work is completed correctly on the first attempt.
• Inspect all completed service works to verify proper completion and pricing accuracy.
• Fill out and update the service tracking sheet, informing customers of their vehicle's status and readiness for pickup.
• Identify repeat customers, prioritize their service, and notify the service manager for appropriate treatment.
• Understand and recommend the correct services to customers to ensure their satisfaction, increase sales, and minimize complaints.
• Proactively upsell and promote other critical services for vehicles, even before customers inquire, to enhance customer satisfaction and boost sales revenues.

Qualifications and Experience

• Minimum of 2 years of relevant experience in a related industry.
• High school education, with a Technical Diploma preferred.
