About the Role

Raissy Trading and Contracting Company is seeking a Site Engineer Underground Cable (UG Cable) to join our team in Al Kahafah, Ha'il, Saudi Arabia. This full-time position is responsible for overseeing the execution of underground cable projects, ensuring all activities are carried out safely, on schedule, and in full compliance with SEC standards, project specifications, and approved drawings. We are looking for a professional with 0-1 years of experience in the field.

Key Responsibilities

The Site Engineer will be central to the successful delivery of UG cable projects. Core responsibilities include:

• Supervising UG cable installation, jointing, termination, testing, and commissioning activities.
• Monitoring trenching, duct bank construction, backfilling, cable laying, and reinstatement works.
• Coordinating with subcontractors, Quality Assurance/Quality Control (QA/QC), Health, Safety, and Environment (HSE) teams, and the Project Manager.

Project Compliance and Oversight

Ensuring adherence to established guidelines and maintaining project integrity are critical aspects of this position. The role involves:

• Ensuring strict compliance with SEC standards, approved drawings, and project specifications throughout all project phases.
• Monitoring overall project progress and proactively resolving any site-related issues that may arise.
• Coordinating inspections, testing procedures, material approvals, and the preparation of project handover documentation.

Documentation and Reporting

Accurate and timely documentation is essential for effective project management and regulatory compliance. Responsibilities include:

• Preparing and reviewing SEC submissions, including Work Inspection Requests (WIRs), Material Inspection Requests (MIRs), Requests for Information (RFIs), method statements, and Inspection and Test Plans (ITPs).
• Preparing comprehensive daily and weekly reports on project status and site activities.

Qualifications and Experience

We are seeking a candidate who meets the following criteria:

• 0-1 years of professional experience.
• Previous experience in Saudi Arabia is preferred.
• Prior experience with SEC projects is preferred.
