About the Role

Nice One is looking for a customer-centric and enthusiastic Sales Associate to join its retail team at its Hail branch. This role aims to drive in-store sales, deliver exceptional customer service, and support daily operations to achieve revenue targets and customer satisfaction. The ideal candidate will have a proactive approach to customer service and contribute to the overall store performance, with a passion for the retail and sales sector.

Key Tasks and Responsibilities

• Welcome and proactively engage with customers to identify their needs, effectively present products, explain their features, and suggest appropriate solutions to successfully complete sales.
• Achieve individual and store sales targets by focusing on conversion rates, increasing average transaction value, and maximizing units sold per purchase.
• Provide exceptional customer service by responding promptly to inquiries, professionally handling returns and complaints, and conducting necessary follow-ups to ensure customer satisfaction and encourage repeat visits.
• Maintain comprehensive and up-to-date product knowledge, including current promotions, pricing, and new arrivals, to facilitate sales and increase upselling opportunities.
• Process sales accurately and efficiently using the Point of Sale (POS) system, handling cash and electronic payments according to company procedures, and ensuring the security of all transactions.
• Support visual merchandising standards and product presentation by diligently restocking shelves, organizing displays, and ensuring the sales floor is clean, safe, and presentable at all times.
• Assist with inventory management tasks, including receiving shipments, conducting stock counts, and reporting any discrepancies to store management.
• Actively participate in store meetings, training sessions, and product briefings to continuously enhance sales skills and product knowledge.
• Collaborate effectively with colleagues and management to support in-store promotions and events, fostering a positive and productive work environment.
• Strictly adhere to all company policies, loss prevention procedures, and health and safety guidelines to ensure a safe and compliant work environment.

Qualifications and Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent is required.
• At least one year of experience in retail or sales requiring direct customer interaction is preferred; however, recent graduates with strong customer service skills are encouraged to apply.
• Legal authorization to work in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia is mandatory.

• Attention to detail, punctuality, and reliable attendance are expected.
• Flexibility to work various shifts, including weekends and holidays, as required by store operating schedules.
• Proficiency in Arabic and basic communication in English is preferred.
