We are looking for an exceptional receptionist to join our team, where they will be responsible for welcoming visitors and clients in a professional and courteous manner, answering phone inquiries, and directing calls to the relevant departments. The suitable candidate will manage and coordinate the appointment system, follow up on incoming and outgoing mail, in addition to providing necessary assistance to visitors and ensuring the smooth operation of the reception area. We look forward to working with someone who possesses excellent communication skills and the ability to handle work pressure while maintaining a professional appearance at all times.
