Job Summary:
The Receptionist serves as the first point of contact for visitors and clients, ensuring a professional and welcoming environment while supporting daily office and floor operations.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Welcome and assist visitors in a professional and friendly manner
  • Manage meeting room bookings and coordinate appointments
  • Maintain a clean, organized, and presentable reception area
  • Manage office activities to ensure smooth daily operations
  • Oversee floor operations to maintain an efficient and well-organized workplace
  • Provide administrative support such as filing and data entry

Requirements:
  • High school diploma or equivalent (Bachelor’s degree is a plus)
  • Previous experience in a similar role is preferred
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Professional appearance and positive attitude
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
  • Good command of English (spoken and written)
