Government relations & Compliance. Work with Saudi platforms: Ministry of Human Resources and Social Development, Absher, Muqeem, GOSI.

Ensure all employee data is updated in goverment system. Mantain compliance with Saudization (Nitaqat).

 Welcome visitors and clients in a professional and friendly manner. Notify relevant team members of arrivals

Answer all incoming calls in a professional and polite manner. Introduce the company clearly and consistently. Direct calls to the appropriate team or arrange callbacks

 Office management and supplies: stationery, pantry items (coffee, water, etc.), printing materials. Place orders for supplies in a timely and cost-effective manner

  Coordinate with suppliers and vendors for deliveries

  Assist in various administrative tasks such as vendor registration and creating company templates.
