TBK Developments is seeking a professional and friendly Receptionist to become a part of our dynamic team. As the first point of contact for our visitors, you will play a key role in maintaining a positive and professional image of the company.

Responsibilities:

Greet and welcome visitors warmly and professionally.
Answer, screen, and direct phone calls appropriately.
Handle visitor inquiries and provide accurate information.
Maintain the reception area and common spaces in a clean and organized manner.
Receive, sort, and distribute daily mail and deliveries.
Maintain records of visitors, calls, and office activities.
Operate office equipment such as printers, scanners, photocopiers, and computers.
Monitor office supplies inventory and coordinate restocking as needed.
Support administrative and clerical tasks as assigned.
Maintain filing systems and ensure proper documentation.

Job Requirements:

3+ years of experience in Reception or Customer Service is preferred.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Professional appearance with a positive attitude.
Strong customer service and interpersonal skills.
Good telephone etiquette.
Ability to multitask and work under pressure.
Strong organizational and time management skills.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
Clear communication skills in both Arabic and English.
