The Al-Ihsan Medical Charity Association seeks to appoint an Administrative Director to participate in developing the main objectives of the administrative affairs. The director will oversee administrative activities and organize work according to approved operational plans. Responsibilities include:
  • Developing the objectives of administrative affairs and implementing plans and projects to achieve them.
  • Reviewing and improving authority tables and administrative procedures.
  • Monitoring the fulfillment of the administrative services needs of the organizational units.
  • Ensuring the application of administrative systems and instructions.
  • Preparing summarized reports on administrative affairs and presenting them to senior management.
Applicants are required to have 5 years of practical experience with relevant academic qualifications, and professional certifications in human resources and strategic development are preferred, as well as proficiency in both Arabic and English.
