Key Responsibilities:
  • Oversee all Food and Beverage Outlet operations.
  • Deliver exceptional levels of customer service.
  • Ensure compliance with brand standards.
  • Recruit, train, and develop the Food and Beverage team.
  • Address guest queries promptly and effectively.
  • Manage budgetary aspects related to Food, Liquor Costs, and Payroll.
  • Set departmental objectives, work schedules, and procedures.
  • Collaborate on menu development with the Food and Beverage team.
  • Conduct monthly stock takes.
  • Encourage team members to maximize sales and revenue.
  • Evaluate guest satisfaction and strive for continuous improvement.
  • Maintain good working relationships with other departments.
  • Adhere to hotel security and health regulations.
