• Evaluate guest satisfaction levels and monitor trends.
• Manage departmental budgets, stock controls, and staff schedules.
• Inspect fixtures, fittings, and appliances for compliance with standards.
• Monitor the Housekeeping/Laundry Team’s appearance, standards, and performance.
• Ensuring ongoing training and development for team members.
• Conduct regular communication meetings with the team.
• Recruit, manage, and train the Housekeeping/Laundry team.

Qualifications:

• Housekeeping/laundry experience in a managerial or supervisory capacity.
• Track record of managing a large team.
• High school certificate or equivalent.
• Excellent leadership and communication skills.
• Ability to work under pressure.
• Proficient in IT and computer programs.
• Strong organizational and budget management skills.
