Job Description

Sokhaa for Technology is a Saudi company specializing in building custom digital solutions and digital transformation systems for large companies and institutions, with over 10 years of experience in the government projects and major companies sector.

We are looking for a professional sales person with strong experience in closing technical B2B deals, who can lead the entire sales cycle with potential clients from initial contact to contract signing. The opportunity is based on a rewarding commission for each deal and is suitable for those who are confident in their selling abilities and are looking for unlimited, uncapped income.

This role is for you if you sell results, not technology, and you know how to reach the decision-maker and handle enterprise procurement cycles.

Key Responsibilities

     Manage the entire sales cycle: from initial contact with the potential client, through understanding their needs and presenting the solution and offer, to closing the deal and signing the contract. "We have templates to assist you with proposal presentation"

     Follow up on potential clients generated through email campaigns and convert them into closed deals.

     Build relationships with decision-makers in medium, growing, and large enterprises.

     Understand the client's operational needs and connect them to Sokhaa's solutions (custom applications and digital transformation) in terms of results and ROI.

     Prepare and present commercial proposals and negotiate terms in coordination with the Sokhaa technical team.

     Handle client objections and manage the enterprise procurement cycle with patience and professionalism.

     Achieve a monthly target of closed deals and maintain a healthy and continuous sales pipeline.

Required Qualifications and Experience

     Sufficient years of experience in B2B sales, preferably in the technology sector, software solutions, or digital transformation.

     Proven track record of closing deals with companies and institutions, preferably with prior experience.

     High ability in communication, persuasion, and negotiation with management and executive levels.

     Fluency in Arabic (essential), and good English for dealing with clients and documents.

     Self-discipline and the ability to work remotely independently and achieve results.

     Having a network of contacts in the Saudi market is an added advantage.

 

Commission System 

     15% commission from the value of each contract closed by you "without a fixed salary"

     Commission is calculated progressively with client payments: you are entitled to your percentage of each payment the client makes, and it is disbursed after collection (linked to actual collection).

     No commission cap, the more you close, the more your income increases directly.

     Commission is disbursed progressively with the client's payments. "Payment policy does not exceed four installments"
