About the Role

Al Rasiyat Real Estate Development is seeking a dedicated and experienced Accountant to join its team. This full-time position is based in Makkah, with operations spanning Jeddah and Makkah, and requires specialized experience with the Wafi platform to manage financial operations related to off-plan sales projects.

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare and record daily accounting entries.
• Generate periodic financial reports and statements.
• Monitor customer and supplier accounts, and perform bank reconciliations.
• Manage and oversee financial transactions related to the Wafi platform, ensuring compliance with all regulatory requirements.
• Coordinate with internal departments and relevant external entities to ensure adherence to regulations and procedures.
• Execute any additional accounting tasks as assigned by management.

Qualifications and Experience

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance.
• A minimum of 2-5 years of experience in accounting, with a preference for experience within real estate development companies.
• Demonstrated practical experience in utilizing the Wafi platform and its specific procedures for off-plan sales projects.
• Solid understanding of accounting standards and tax regulations applicable in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia.

Required Skills

• Proficiency in accounting software and Microsoft Excel.
• Strong analytical skills.
• High level of accuracy in preparing reports and accounting entries.
