About the Role

Abaad RE is seeking a Full-time Accountant to join their team in Makkah, with operations spanning Jeddah and Makkah. This role is essential for managing the company's financial records and ensuring compliance with accounting standards. The ideal candidate will have 2-5 years of experience in accounting, preferably within the real estate sector.

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare and review daily entries and accounting records.
• Monitor debtor and creditor accounts and ensure balance accuracy.
• Prepare and review invoices, expenses, and revenues.
• Prepare periodic financial reports and statements.
• Track collection operations, payments, and bank reconciliations.
• Assist in preparing budgets and cash flows.
• Monitor financial documents and organize and archive accounting records.
• Ensure compliance with applicable accounting and tax regulations in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia.
• Collaborate with various departments on financial operations and transactions.
• Execute all other related responsibilities and tasks as directed by management.

Qualifications and Experience

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting or a related field.
• Practical experience in accounting, preferably in the real estate or real estate marketing sector.
• Proficiency in accounting software and Microsoft Excel.
• Good knowledge of financial and tax regulations in the Kingdom.
