Alwedad Charity is dedicated to the care of orphans. The organization is seeking a Partner Relations Manager to join its team in Makkah, specifically covering Jeddah and Makkah. This full-time role requires 2-5 years of experience.

Role Overview

The Partner Relations Manager will be responsible for managing daily relationships with partners, ensuring their needs are met, and overseeing the execution of agreements. This role involves coordinating with relevant departments and monitoring joint initiatives to foster strong, productive partnerships.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage daily relationships with partners and monitor their needs.
• Oversee the implementation of agreements and coordinate with relevant departments.
• Monitor joint initiatives and projects, preparing periodic reports.
• Document and update partner data and communication records.
• Track partner satisfaction and address any feedback or challenges.
• Organize meetings and events, and prepare meeting minutes.
• Monitor operational performance indicators and propose improvement and development opportunities.

Qualifications and Experience

• Bachelor's degree in Public Relations, Marketing, or an equivalent field.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in relationship management, partner services, or institutional coordination.
• High-level communication and professional relationship-building skills.
• Ability to follow up, coordinate, and manage priorities effectively.
• Previous experience in partnerships within the non-profit sector.

Location and Work Type

This is a full-time position based in the Makkah region, with responsibilities covering the cities of Jeddah and Makkah.
